Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship across India only.

Delivery time
Depending on your location, your order will be delivered within 1–7 business days from the date of order placement.
Delivery times may vary based on:

Your location
Shipping partner availability
Unforeseen delays (weather, holidays, etc.)

Shipping cost
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and typically range from ₹40–₹70.

Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Undelivered orders
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

The shipping partner will attempt redelivery or leave a notice with instructions.
If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, we may contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund.

Damaged during shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 2 days of delivery at customercare@heydonomi.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement.
