Make it hot first, exactly as above. Let it cool, then chill it in the refrigerator.
Dark chocolate chips (sugar, edible vegetable fat (hydrogenated), cocoa solids, emulsifier (INS492), dextrose and emulsifier (INS322(i), soya lecithin)), sugar, cocoa powder (alkalized), maize starch, added flavours.
The same list applies to every flavour, except Classic Milk, which uses milk chocolate chips. Allergens: contains soy. Each sachet: 50 g.

Our pack says guilt-free. We don't mean healthy. Hot chocolate is an indulgent choice, and guilt-free means you know exactly what it is, you choose it anyway, and you don't feel bad about it afterwards.
Donomi is blended and packed by Blendonomics Industries in Rohtak, Haryana. The same team makes chocolate blends for cafés.
The recipe is built to come out the same every time. Your fourth cup tastes like your first.
HOW IT'S MADE
A Classic or Signature Edition comes in its printed box with a sticker sheet and a thank-you card.
Everything else ships in a plain ply box with a thank-you card.
Food can't be returned once it has left us. If something arrives damaged or wrong, write to us with your order number and a photo.

When you pay: the payment provider handles your card, UPI or bank details. We receive only a payment reference and whether the payment went through. We never see or store your card number.

When you browse: the items in your bag are kept in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
To take, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to send you order and delivery updates.

To send you news about new flavours, only if you asked for it. Every email has a way to stop them.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown in your bag before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over ₹399.
Payment is taken online through our payment provider when you place the order.
Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation.
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price shown was clearly wrong, or the delivery address cannot be served. If we cancel, we refund the full amount you paid.

Donomi is food, so we cannot take back a parcel that has been delivered in good condition. If something is wrong with your order, we will put it right.
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Write to us with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If it arrives damaged or wrong, see below.

We will send a replacement, or refund you if you prefer or if the product is out of stock.
You do not need to send the product back unless we ask.
